5.1 without prejudice to the discipline of the right of withdrawal set out above and provided for by the Consumer Code LADY SHOES SRL provides for the possibility for the customer to return the purchased products within 14 days, additional to those envisaged for the withdrawal, from receipt of the same . This possibility allows the customer, once the 14-day deadline for withdrawal has expired, as already indicated in the information indicated in the previous points 4.2 and following, to dissolve the contract by returning the ordered products within 28 days following the date of receipt of the products themselves.
5.2 The term indicated in the previous point 5.1 is considered respected if the customer sends the goods before the expiry of the indicated 28-day term. For the return of the goods, the customer is required to observe the same provisions and methods indicated in the previous point 4.2.4. The customer loses the right to return in the event that we have not complied with the aforementioned return methods or in the event that the returned goods are in any way worn beyond the limit of normal testing.
5.3 With the return, the customer will assume the right to a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the returned goods. Delivery costs will be borne by the Customer and will be retained directly by LADY SHOES SRL which will refund only the price of the purchased goods. The refund of the sums identified above will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase. In any event, the customer will not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement. The refund will in any case be suspended until LADY SHOES SRL receives the returned products.
Invoices will be issued exclusively in electronic format.
6.1 Refunds are credited directly to the account or to the payment instrument used at the time of purchase. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used
for payment. For payments made by Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the Paypal account or credit card.
