5.1 Considering the regulations on the right of withdrawal provided for by the Consumer Code, LADY SHOES SRL allows the customer to return purchased products within an additional 14 days beyond those provided for withdrawal, from the receipt of the same. This possibility allows the customer, once the 14-day period for withdrawal has expired, as already indicated in the information at the previous points 4.2 and subsequent, to terminate the contract by returning the ordered products within 28 days following the date of receipt of the products themselves.

5.2 The term indicated in the previous point 5.1 is considered respected if the customer ships the goods before the expiration of the 28-day term. For the return of the goods, the customer must observe the same requirements and procedures indicated in the previous point 4.2.4. The customer loses the right to return if the aforementioned return procedures have not been respected or if the returned item is in any way worn beyond the limit of normal testing.

5.3 With the return, the customer acquires the right to reimbursement of the price paid for the purchase of the returned goods. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, an amount equal to €12.00 will be retained as a contribution to shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer. LADY SHOES SRL will therefore refund only the price of the purchased item, net of this amount. The reimbursement of the amounts identified above will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. In any case, the customer will not incur any cost as a result of such reimbursement. The reimbursement will in any case be suspended until LADY SHOES SRL receives the returned products.

Refunds

Invoices will be issued exclusively in electronic format.

6.1 Refunds are credited directly to the account or payment instrument used at the time of purchase. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used for the payment.

For payments made via Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the Paypal account or credit card.
