Please remember to always indicate the order number and the reason for the return in your communication.

5.1 Considering the right of withdrawal as provided by the Consumer Code, LADY SHOES SRL allows the customer to return purchased products within 14 additional days beyond those provided for withdrawal, from the receipt of the products. This option allows the customer, after the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, as already indicated in the information provided in the previous points 4.2 and following, to cancel the contract by returning the ordered products within 28 days after the date of receipt of the products themselves.

5.2 The deadline indicated in the previous point 5.1 is considered met if the customer ships the goods before the expiration of the 28-day period indicated. For the return of the goods, the customer must follow the same instructions and procedures indicated in the previous point 4.2.4. The customer loses the right to return if these return procedures are not followed or if the returned goods are in any way worn beyond the limit of normal use.

5.3 With the return, the customer acquires the right to a refund of the price paid for the purchase of the returned goods. In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, an amount of €12.00 will be withheld as a contribution for shipping costs, which will remain the responsibility of the Customer. LADY SHOES SRL will therefore refund only the price of the purchased goods, net of this amount. The refund of the above amounts will be made using the same payment method used by the customer at the time of purchase. In any case, the customer will not incur any cost as a result of this refund. The refund will be suspended until LADY SHOES SRL receives the returned products.

Refunds

Invoices will be issued exclusively in electronic format.

6.1 Refunds are credited directly to the account or payment method used at the time of purchase. For payments made by bank transfer, the refund will be made to the account used for the payment.

For payments made via Paypal or credit card, the refund will be made to the Paypal account or credit card.
